Father's Mission to Change Schools

I read a post not too long ago about a father who wired his autistic 10-year-old to find out why he was always so angry when it comes to school. The result is completely appalling.. I mean the things that his teachers were capable of saying out loud in front of him and his classmates..You can find the news article here:
http://abcnews.go.com/US/jersey-autistic-boy-records-teachers-alleged-abuse/story?id=16209626
and the video of his father (plus the 6-hour recording of the little boy's classroom) here:
I completely support the father's act in trying to change the school system. And I am absolutely shocked that the rest of the teachers aren't fired because of their irresponsible actions. That is no way to treat children. Ever. Under any circumstances.
What do you think? Would you sign the petition to bring change?

I already did sign the petition.
This father deserves an award!
It is mind-boggling that they do not automatically fire these people-- honestly, what reason could you have for keeping them employed?
"honestly, what reason could you have for keeping them employed?"
Sadly, I can think of a few reasons their bosses may have for keeping them employed:
"But they got such good grades in college!!!"
"But they're people too!!!"
"But I don't want frivolous stuff like social skills from my school district's math teachers, I want hard facts like math expertise from them!!!"
"But acting like that just makes them different from the mainstream, it's OK to be different!!!"
:(
Just remembered one more:
"But caring what other people think is conformist and bad, and their students are other people, so by not caring what their students think they're good and nonconformist!!!"
:(
Pretty good post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading your post
