We are all in the trenches, each and every day. I thought a great discussion topic would be the following. What do you think the world should know about #Autism?

What should the world know about #Autism?
Basically, if you had the power to make everyone understand one thing about your child with #Autism or #Autism in general, what would that one thing because and why?
Once again…..
What do think the world should know about #Autism?

I don't have a child, but I do have autism. So any direct descendent of mine would most likely inherit my autism.
So I guess what I would want the world to know about my autistic child would be that that child will eventually reach eighteen years of age, and will still have autism. That's right, autistic children grow into autistic adults. Who knew?
people with autism aren't stupid! they might think differently, or on a higher level which isn't always understandable for others.
e.g. I read allot of books about the universe in stead of children stories or books learning how to read when i was around 5 years old.
I can get in allot of conflicts just because I don;t always understand why people don't understand me.
it isn't the most awesome thing in the world but with enough care and awareness, people can learn to cope with it
