  • Why I am Always Wrong?

Have you ever heard of a concept called groupthink? Also known as the 'herd mentality', it's probably what got Jesus killed. It is also the reason that I refuse to take part in social interaction. Creativity, uniqueness, and independent thinking are lost in the pursuit of groupthink, NTs sure as hell don't want to tick off the herd with their feelings, and I simply don't have the stomach for a human race that doesn't talk and reason with each other using facts as the deciding arbitrator.

This really is one of  the most amazing differences I have noticed between me and the NTs. Specifically, the way my decision making process relies heavily on facts, priorities, and logic, while NTs are perfectly happy ignoring information and facts in the decision making process - as long as the herd seems pleased. A normal makes decisions based on greed, lust, violence, and hate while I, afflicted with AS/Aspergers, can only marvel at their collective idiocy, cruelty, and sheep-like nature at the hands of strong leaders.

Who would ever want to live like that? I have seriously questioned my sanity more than once because I believe so strongly in my morals. America is so counter to what I believe in, so violently opposed to the truth I stand for - and yet so universally praised - that I think I may be insane. I have also ticked off a lot of people with completely rational, reasonable arguments for truth.

The great American experiment has no credibility in light of what became of the native American Indians. Our awesome constitution is a resounding failure at the hands of groupthink-style amendments. Republicans rich and poor have an astounding ability to self-censor themselves in their quest to dominate politically, greed overriding every aspect of their lives. I have seen some great Independent and Democratic politicians, but their sincerely true voice is drowned out by the rest of their party's groupthink. All is lost.

If you look at the course of history, you see that great social change takes place very slowly. The further back you go, the more barbaric we become as a species. How quickly would it all have evolved if everyone was Autistic? Do you really think Autistics could have destroyed the Library of Alexandria? Was there logic to it?

Oh well, I'm gonna go to work and not talk to anyone all night, they don't wanna hear what I have to say anyway.
