Please everyone take time out of your busy holiday schedule for a quiet moment to truly be thankful for what you have. Be thankful that you have a bed to sleep in, food on your plate, clothes on your backs because a very large portion of the world does not have these essential things that we daily take for granted. Having a child with disability, many say, "How do you handle that?", to them I say, "First of all my child still has her health, happy times, and all the necessities that she needs, she has special abilities along with her disability and I have been blessed by God to have the patience, skills, and wonderful family unit to truly care for her, so I give thanks for that!" I know that amongst the problems of everyday life that everyone can find little nuggets of happiness, love, & blessings to be thankful for. Remember those things in your lives always and spread those tidings to all!
