  • Creative Hand Strength

One of the things our OT suggested to help build up the girls hand strength* was playing with pegs. Helping Mummy hang out the clothes only goes so far, especially in winter when it is too damp to hang stuff up on the line outside.

So instead the girls find fun new ways to play with pegs, like building a fort to keep the Rosemary plant safe

Sometimes the simple low tech solutions are the most fun

    * having super bendy joints like Annie does it is very important to have strong muscles to compensate.
