GFCF BBQ Sauce, Recipe of the Week
With the 4th of July right around the corner, we provide this GFCF BBQ Sauce.
(Gluten Free Casein Free)
We'd love to hear feedback.1 cup ketchup
¼ cup water
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
3 TB olive oil
2 t paprika
2 t chili powder
1 t cumin
2 gloves garlic, chopped
2 t minced onion
½ t cayenne pepper
1 t ground brown mustard
1 t kosher salt
½ t black pepper
½ t ground gingerWhisk all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Simmer on low heat.Happy BBQ'ing!!!

If anyone lives near a Trader Joe's store, their BBQ sauce is GFCF
This BBQ sauce is off the hook. Time to throw away my bottles bbq sauces cause now I have a new favorite. Kudos! Thanks to you.
